How Do We Connect Sponsors with our Audience?

“Dear Beverly and Steve,
We look forward to your magazine, Estate Life, every month.”

It is hard to convey to a potential sponsor who does not live in the neighborhood, the level of engagement that the community has with the publication itself.  We are starting to collect some of their comments and hope to get some resident comments about their publications on a video soon.


Last August, we featured Mehrdad Moayedi, the new owner of the Hicks Crespi estate in Old Preston Hollow.  A brief editorial mention of our open house event there garnered much attention and attracted more than 200 people to the event.  We asked residents to contact us for the date and event info. The very day the magazines hit the streets our inbox was full! Here are some of the comments:

“Hi Beverly- my daughter Taylor was recently interviewed by our sweet neighbor Claire Rattan for Estate Life. The article was precious and we would love to get a few copies for Grandma and the teacher Taylor referenced (Miss Roland) – we showed her the article and she cried happy tears.”

Besides our efforts to promote our sponsors on this blog and on our social media sites, we are thrilled to announce something new:  DIGITAL REMARKETING. N2 Publishing (parent company of Estate Life) now offers the service of taking your monthly approved ad, reformatting it for Facebook and Instagram, and geo-targeting it to the IP addresses that fall within the same footprint as our circulation coverage areas.  You effectively make additional impressions on your target audience using a different medium! And we can track it!
